Affiliate Account Manager

Full-time Position | Remote a leading voucher website providing thousands of discount vouchers and deals daily from the world's largest brands and retailers, making it a well-established affiliate marketing publisher.

We’re looking for a UK based Affiliate Account Manager to take on an exciting new affiliate opportunity. If you have experience in growing advertiser accounts, recruiting publishers, delivering best in class service and meeting client’s goals and targets, this exciting opportunity may be a great fit for you. You should be adept in working with one or many of the UK affiliate network platforms such as AWIN, Webgains, Tradedoubler, CJ (CJ Affiliate by Conversant), Rakuten Advertising, or others. You should be a confident, with strong communication skills, and outgoing marketing professional who understands the power of persuasiveness and importance of meaningful partner relationships.

This individual must be driven, creative, and ready to build and secure strong partnerships with new advertisers as well as building upon existing relationships. She/He must be a great listener to understand a partner’s needs, an excellent communicator to effectively explain our services and benefits and be confident in executing deals that are beneficial to both partners and our company.


  • Collaborate with team members to build leads, generate proposals, and execute deals.
  • Act proactively and pursue new opportunities with advertisers while also optimizing current search partner relationships to hit quarterly sales and revenue goals.
  • Run analytical reports on past performance, presenting results and highlighting any additional opportunities for growth to clients.
  • Deliver superior support to advertisers and network contacts by promptly responding to requests and inquiries, providing strategic advice and recommendations, and resolving any outstanding issues.
  • Negotiate paid placement opportunities, commission increases, and exclusive vouchers, discount codes and deals.

As an Account Manager, You Will

  • Apply innovative partnership growth strategies to existing advertiser accounts.
  • Monitor the progress of key accounts and proactively make adjustments for optimization.
  • Collaborate with team members, management, and other departments to ensure all partnership KPI targets are being met.
  • Identify opportunities for further growth and present new initiatives to senior management.
  • Represent at industry events and conferences.

What You'll Bring

  • BS in Marketing, Communication, or a similar field
  • 2+ years experience in affiliate account management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with UK affiliate network platforms such as AWIN, Tradedoubler, Webgains, CJ or similar networks
  • Self-motivated, confident, highly organized

This individual will work closely with other affiliate team members, the SEM team, product development personnel, marketing, and executives to close important deals and hit target revenue goals.
